I bought my computer at this store about a week ago and the service was absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable staff and oh so polite! The gentleman who helped me was very patient with all my questions and set my laptop up for me just the way I wanted it. I would recommend this store to anybody who needs a computer.
A virus had hijacked my computer and every time I tried to open my browser the computer crashed. I needed to log on to manage my business so I brought it to the guys at Empire. They went right to work and had my laptop up and going that afternoon! And all for about $75!

Took my computer to be fixed by Aaron he broke our battery clip and it won't stay in and never installed the drivers in our computer. Would not recommended him at all!!!!!!
Great service over the past several years.
The guy tried charging me $20 for two items I needed printed. When I threw a stink he knocked it down to $10. I was still shocked by this and explained it was only a couple of black and white copies, he then went on to tell me I pay him for his time and he gets$100/hr. He ended up cutting me a "break" and only charged me $5 for said copies. SMH, I won't go back!
